The church in Cincinnati is in the process of entering into contractual negotiations with the owners of the property at 2261 Victory Parkway. The church has been growing more every year, and the needs are getting harder to care for without a property to call our own.
The building is located in between the upscale neighborhoods of Walnut Hills and Eden Park, less than 2 miles due east of the University of Cincinnati. Our desire has also been to purchase a meeting place that is centrally located for all the saints. This building is located on the upper East side, near the major I-71 freeway. It is only a 20 minute drive to where our farthest member lives west, and likewise a 20 minute drive to where our farthest member lives east, and a 27 minute drive to the city of Mason.

Located two miles due east of the University of Cincinnati, on the upper East side in the Walnut Hills neighborhood, close to Eden Park. Just off the I-71 freeway, it is equally accessible to our families who live north, south, east, or west.

This is a Class B office building that was built in 1950. Although it is not new, it has been well maintained and updated over the years.
